FHE at the Rec Center

Tonight we headed to the Rec Center for FHE.  Will had a great week at school last week and so he earned it tonight!

Best Friends

I really love the brief moments where I get to take a step back and watch my two kids. Will really does love baby Emmie and several times throughout the day plays and shares toys with her. He can get her laughing better than anyone else and Emmie truly does adore her big brother. I have the best job in the world :)

Snowy Playday

I love days like today!  Will had a dentist checkup today and he did great, no cavities.  After the appointment he crashed on the couch and took a little nap so I was able to get a little bit done today.  

After his little snooze I bundled him up so he could play outside for a while before Dad got home.  This boy loves to be outside, even in the winter!

 Emmie woke up and was missing her brother ;)

 Once Mike made it home Will insisted on "helping" Mike shovel.  I was dying laughing because every time Mike turned his back Will would dump snow right where Mike just cleaned.  It was so stinkin funny!

 We decided to head to a movie and when we got there we were the only ones there!  It was hilarious.  I guess the re-release of Beauty and the Beast wasn't too popular tonight and it was definitely a little scary for Will.

Big Brother

{disneyland day 4}

Its always bittersweet when it comes to our last day at Disneyland. We love it and its fun to getaway but we are also ready to get home, ya know? The kids were up early so we took advantage of our Magic Morning entrance and headed into the park early.

The best part of Magic Morning is hardly any wait times!  

Peter Pan:

One thing we will always remember about this trip is how much attention Miss Emmie has received.  Literally everywhere we go people can't stop themselves from saying how cute she is!  We think so too but after about the 40 or 50th (no lie) person commenting we kinda have to admit she is pretty darn cute :)

Tea Cups:

Will was so excited to ride on Winnie the Pooh!

Since it was slow they even let us stay on so we rode it about 6 times right in a row!  Will was having so much fun!

We even convinced him to go into the "big house with all the pumpkins" aka The Haunted Mansion

And he did really well!  Emmie and I headed back to the hotel to pack up and get ready to go home but Mike and Will were able to stay in the park and play a little bit longer.

Autopia:

We checked out and had a few minutes before the shuttle arrived so we relaxed in the movie room.  It felt so sad to be going home today :(.

We made it home to Salt Lake and the kids did really good again on the flight.  Will was one tired guy though :)

We had such a great tip and Will and Emmie honestly couldn't have done any better.  Traveling with and infant was an adventure but we would definitely do it all over again!  We can't wait to go back but it feels so nice to be home :).
