Emmie's Offical 1st Birthday!!!!

Today our little Emmie turned 1 can you believe it!  It definitely doesn't seem possible and seems like this last year just flew by.  Since her party is in a few weeks we spent the evening together as a little family.  

Red Butte Gardens

We had a great time walking around and just relaxing together as a family.  To finish our night we stopped by The Sweet Tooth Fairy to spoil our little girl with a yummy sugary cupcake, delish!

Bee's Game

We are getting geared up for summer and figured a spring baseball game was a great way to kick it off.  We had an extra ticket and Will invited his neighbor friend Kaysen.

The 1st base coach from the other team was pretty funny and gave both our cute boys a ball :)

And they even got to meet the Bee

Cabin Trip Day 3

We had such a great trip and were sad to be heading home today and especially for the drive home.  Thank goodness for a perfect park to take a break at!

I need the break too ;)

Cabin Trip Day 2

One of our favorite things to do at the cabin is to explore around the cabin.

And today Will found dinosaur bones ;)

After our amazing discovery we hiked around a bit:

We had a fun day just hanging out with everyone and completed the day with a camp fire and smores!

Cabin Trip Day 1

We were excited to get out of town for a few days and spend some time at the cabin.  We are lovin the new Ranger!!

On our way to our new adventure we ended up crossing paths with an old scout leader of Brent's, how ironic is that!  His name is John English and Will was mesmerized by absolutely everything about him.  We were glad he could join us! 

Exploring some fun new slot canyons

They were gorgeous!  I was loving every minute of it until we crossed paths with not one but 2 baby rattle snakes.  I was freaking out and nervous since we had Will with us.  We ended up turning back and waiting for Brent and John at the entrance.  John joined us back at the cabin for dinner and it was a lot of fun. We are having a fun time getting to know Brent's brother Paul, his wife Retha, and their daughter Carly and her adorable family.  Will has new little buddies and he is loving every second!
