After 2 Days of Crying,

Will is back in diapers :(.  We decided to come back from the cabin early on Monday in hopes I could get Will back on track with potty training but after 3 long days I decided to put him back in diapers.  I have seriously cried all day yesterday and today because I am so frustrated!  Will 100% had potty training down and if it wasn't for the U.T.I. would still be in big boy underwear.  Poor Will wants NOTHING to do with the potty and I cant say I blame him after watching how much pain he was in.  I just honestly feel like such a failure :(  The most frustrating part is that diaper changes are a nightmare but Will wont wear underwear or even try to make it to the potty, he just stands and pee's.  So finally after 5 accidents in less than 20 minutes I sobbingly put him back in diapers :(  Hopefully in a few weeks he will want to use the potty again!

Christmas 2010

Will was so excited to see what Santa and left him so finally around 530 AM we went downstairs to check things out!

Will got a super cool remote control car:

That he immediately figured out:

And an awesome new pirate ship:

Will was content to play with his gifts from Santa and eat lots of yummy candy while we waited for the rest of the family to wake up later that morning.  Once everyone woke up Will loved helping everyone open their gifts and didn't seem to mind if they weren't for him he just wanted to help unwrap them!

We had a very relaxing day and it was a lot of fun just being together as a family.  This trip Will has been super attached to Papa (I'm pretty sure he's the only one who hasn't tried to get him to go 'pee pee on the potty') and he has constantly followed him around and wanted him to play all day long.  Its pretty adorable!

Christmas at the cabin has been so much fun and we just hope Will gets feeling better soon. As long as he doesn't have to go 'pee pee' he is as happy as can be but the second he has to go the poor kid still cries and is in a lot of pain. It has made for a rough trip and I just hope it doesn't set him back with his potty training :(.

Will Caught Santa!

Tonight as we were putting Will to bed we couldn't believe what we heard, jingle bells!  Will's eyes widened so big and he jumped out of bed asking if it was Santa!  So we headed out to check and sure enough it was SANTA!!!!

Is it Santa?

SANTA!!!!

At first Will was a little timid:

So Daddy introduced him to Santa:

And then Will shook Santa's hand:

Then Will decided Santa wasn't too bad and checked out his bag of presents:

Santa then told Will to go back to bed and not to get out until in the morning:
Will raced up to the loft and climbed right into bed!  He didn't even stir of shift positions and went STRAIGHT to sleep, so adorable!  We LOVE you Santa!  Thanks for finding us at the cabin!

Not the Best of Christmas Eve's

We are spending this Christmas at the cabin and sadly have had the roughest start ever to our holiday weekend :(.  Yesterday before we left SLC Will started acting really different when he had to go 'pee pee'.  To make a long story short we spent all day today trying to get a urine sample from him and then trying to find a hospital open to take him in to get checked out.  After a LONG day of tears on both Mommy and Will's part we finally got in and Will has a way bad U.T.I.  It is seriously so sad when Will tries to go potty he cries so bad and I am so relieved to have him on antibiotics.  I just knew something was wrong yesterday and wish we would have been able to get him help sooner.  I am nervous how this will affect his potty training since he wants nothing to do with a bathroom anymore (can't blame the kiddo) and hope he can get back on track after things clear up.

Hospitals with Will give me such bad anxiety and bring back so many rough emotions :(

Lets hope the medicine works fast!

Ugly Christmas Sweater Party @Trustco

This afternoon Mike had his company Christmas party which was an 'Ugly Christmas Sweater' party.  The only sweater Mike could find was from the tween section at Walmart and it says 90% nice 10% naughty and fit him REALLY SNUG!!!

All the partners loved it and Mike had a blast at the party!  I am so glad Mike likes his new company and I can't wait to see what 2011 has in store for him!

{boy or girl?}

{girl!}

I honestly couldn't be any more shocked!  I was so positive I was having another handsome boy and it doesn't seem possible that I am actually having a sweet baby girl!  For our 6 year anniversary on the 21st we went and had an ultrasound and then the next day I took the sealed envelope to my cute friends at Sassy Babies. I had them put together an everything pink (if it was a girl) or an everything blue (if it was a boy) package and Mike, Will, and I opened it this morning.  Such a fun way to find out!  I am seriously still in shock here :)

Our healthy baby GIRL :)

Cute little feet

Not a fan of the creepy 3D but the tech threw one in
We couldn't be any more excited and can't wait to add a baby girl to our family.  I would have been content with a boy or girl as long as they arrived healthy and on time but I am pretty darn excited to be having a girl!

Santa Came Early!

We made a special call into Santa this year and asked him if he could come a few days early since we are headed to the cabin for Christmas.  We were so excited that he was able to make it happen :)

Will was so excited to discover that Santa brought him his number 1 wish, Thomas Lego's!

Will opening Daddy's gift:

A little guitar!!!

He was so happy :)

My gifts to Mike:

Money folded like golf clubs for the new golf driver wants:

And his wedding ring he keeps loosing :)

My gift from Mike:

My favorite James Christensen painting, 'Sleeper, Lost in Dreams'
Its so GORGEOUS!
I love the description: "We are, each of us, angels with only one wing. And we can only fly embracing each other."
...............................-- Luciano De Crescenzo

In dreams, it is said that wings represent a release of creative forces, that they give us the ability to understand and transcend the human condition. In religion, wings appear on angels, fairies, spirits and demons. In mythology, winged creatures are often messengers of the gods; they are a symbol of freedom and spirituality and a character having one wing is said to be lost in dreams. This latest release from James C. Christensen has the power to both provoke and inspire.

So special I love it babe!!!!

Opening gifts from Gammy Bev and Papa Clint:

Yay Toy Story Lego's!!!

My gift to Will:

We have one spoiled and content little boy on our hands!

Merry Christmas!!!!
