[Spoiled Rotten by Uncle Rogan]

Uncle Rogan was in town and brought by Will's birthday present..................
A NEW Wii!

I am pretty sure Mommy and Daddy were just as excited (if not more!) for Will's new toy! I thought Rogan was joking when he told us he was getting Will a Wii :)

Sandra, Bella, Will, & Uncle Rogan

Will was super sad to see Uncle Rogan go and watched out the window with such a sad little face!
We are all so excited for Will's new gift and cant wait for him to figure it out more! So far he LOVES watching Daddy play sword fighting and especially loves it when the guy hits the water and all the 'bubbles' it makes. Thanks guys!

{Witnessing a Miracle}

We are seriously witnessing a miracle in our neighborhood right now. My neighbors little girl Sage is doing so good! For those of you that didn't hear Saige was in a horrible accident last Friday. She was playing outside on their swing set and had a scarf on and got tangled up and ended up hanging herself. Her little brother (who is only 3) ran in and told his Mom Saige was bleeding (his only way of knowing how to say she was hurt) and Carmen went out to check on her daughter and found her. She cut her down and called 911 already sure her daughter was dead. She did CPR and miraculously got her breathing again. Life flight landed in our neighborhood, took her to Primary Children's and 48 hours later she was awake and talking! It is seriously a miracle! She is now walking and playing and is only showing minimal signs of damage that with rehab can most likely be fixed. We are so grateful she is going to be okay!

(doesn't this pic make you cry)

It is such a strong example of the true power of prayer and of the priesthood. The outcome of Saige's accident is against all odds and is truly a miracle. I was so glad on Monday when they tore the swing set down and can now look out my window without feeling sick. Please keep the Jorgensen's in your prayers so that they can have the extra strength to make it through the coming weeks. Our hearts still ache for theirs knowing the daily routine at Primary's and how hard hospital living really is. This is the time when Mommy and Daddy get wore down the most and every prayer helps!

Please Pray for our Dear Neighbors

http://connect2utah.com/news-story/?nxd_id=91366

Everyone please pray for our next door neighbors. My heart breaks for theirs and they need ALL of our prayers and love. Sweet little Saige was just at Will's birthday party 2 weekends ago and is such a sweet little girl. I cant even begin to imagine what the Jorgensen's are going through and hope they can find the strength and comfort that they must desperately need. Please friends and family, take a minute and say a special prayer for them and keep them in your thoughts.

Hermana Whitni

We are getting so excited for Whitni to be finishing up her mission! We have missed her so much and I just cant stand the anticipation of the last few weeks before she comes home.

So Will and I made a paper chain:
Ha ha okay so I made a paper chain! I feel like a little kid again counting down the days till Christmas or something :). Every day I get to tear away a link I get just get so happy and cant believe Whit's 18 months are almost up. She has been such an amazing missionary and her testimony has grown so strong while serving the people in Chicago.

Whitni was so thoughtful and mailed me a coupon she earned at Walgreens the other day and I used it to put together Will's birthday gift from Aunt Whitni:

Seriously he was SO excited! And btw 29 days and counting until we go pick up Hermana Whitni!!!!!

[just because he's cool like that]

I love watching Will play and I always have to laugh at the different ways he organizes and lines up his cars and trains. You can definitely tell he has a little bit of me in him when you watch him separate the different styles and types of vehicles and put them in their nice and neat little rows. Its amazing that kids inherit these traits!

Will recently got a new Toy Story tent and he definitely thinks its pretty cool! Today he moved it over by the train table so he could play with his trains but still be in his tent. Pretty smart kid huh?!

The BIG 27!

That's right! Yours truly is turning the BIG 27 tomorrow! It definitely doesn't feel like I am getting that old and I really hope life slows down somewhat :). I was so excited to have my family here to make my birthday special this year.

My sister Aimee gave me the cutest necklace and earings:

My Mom always gives us cash so this year I wrapped up all the gifts I got myself and opened them. It was so much fun! I felt like a kid all over again :)

(ps my shirts wet from giving Will his bath tonight,
he is a nut in the tub lately!)
Thanks Mom I love everything you got me this year!

~Will's Birthday Bash~

*Warning upfront, picture overload*

Today we got to have not one but TWO parties for Mr Will! I figured since he was turning 2 he deserved 2 parties, why not right?! We had a very busy and very fun day though. I absolutely love planning parties and love taking care of every single little detail. Some people think I am a little bit crazy but I just have so much fun I cant stop myself! Thanks to Stacy and Aimee for ALL the help putting things together and helping me get everything up this morning. I couldn't have done it without you!

I just love how everything turned out! It was a lot of work getting everything ready but I couldn't have been more in love with how cute it all looked. Definitely worth it if you ask me :).

We started out the morning with having some neighborhood friends over for a friend party:

Will was definitely spoiled with lots of fun presents!

And all the little kiddos got to pick a goodie bag for coming!
We were so grateful to have so many good friends in the neighborhood that brought their kids and made it special for Will's 1st friend party. The kids loved the bouncy houses and seemed to have a lot of fun with all the festivities. I think the goodie bags with a car in it was definitely a hit this year!

We ALL had a nap and then got geared up for party #2,
the family party and BBQ!

{Favorite Pic of the Day}
We had such an amazing day and were once again reminded what great support we have! We appreciate all the effort that was made to come and the love that we felt for our little Will. We are truly lucky to have such amazing friends and family in our life. We love you all!
