{disneyland day 4}
Its always bittersweet when it comes to our last day at Disneyland. We love it and its fun to getaway but we are also ready to get home, ya know? The kids were up early so we took advantage of our Magic Morning entrance and headed into the park early.
Since it was slow they even let us stay on so we rode it about 6 times right in a row! Will was having so much fun!
We made it home to Salt Lake and the kids did really good again on the flight. Will was one tired guy though :)
We had such a great tip and Will and Emmie honestly couldn't have done any better. Traveling with and infant was an adventure but we would definitely do it all over again! We can't wait to go back but it feels so nice to be home :).

{disneyland day 3}
On the heels of our adventure last night, we decided to let Will take charge today and literally do whatever he wants. So naturally we rode the Disneyland Train again :)
One of our favorite parts of coming to Disneyland is watching Will enjoy everything and get so excited. We have ridden the train a lot but even if that's ALL we did we would be content watching Will happy! Emmie is such a doll and is so content in the gorgeous warm weather :)
I was not expecting the weather to be as HOT as it has been but we snagged some trunks for the boys so they could swim. Will LOVES to swim and he was so excited to play with Dad!
Again we tried everything we could to get Will to take a nap but he was determined not too! We decided to head back into the park so we could watch the fireworks and get some pics of everything lit up at night.
Everything is so cute here right now with all the holiday lights. Will ended up crashing in the stroller before the fireworks and slept COMPLETELY through them! We were both shocked he didn't even budge! He started to stir when we were exiting the park after but we were able to keep him in the stroller and transfer him into bed at the hotel. Emmie watched the fireworks and then fell asleep on the walk back so things actually couldn't have worked out better :).
Once we got the kids settled and tucked in Mike grabbed us some dinner and we threw a towel out on the floor and had a little picnic. We couldn't help but laugh knowing one day we will look back on it and laugh!

{disneyland day 2}
We were excited to head into the park early and see if it was any less busy today. I guess it's the one positive to our kids waking up at 6am :). We started out riding the Disneyland Train again:
Will is so mesmerized by the train!
Miss Emmie content in the carrier:
The park was definitely a lot slower so we were able to walk onto a lot of rides this morning!
The Jungle Safari
We stopped at the castle so Daddy could tell Will all about how 2 years ago when we came all he wanted to do was watch the ducks! It is so crazy to think how much bigger Will is since then :( Now he isn't too interested in the ducks at all!
Seriously how handsome are these two?!
Mike and Will boarded the River Boat
And had so much fun playing on Pirate Island
Emmie and I ran to California Adventure to get our World of Color Fast Passes and then Miss Emmie had some yummy lunch :)
We took a break this afternoon and tried everything we could to get Will to take a nap..........
But nope, instead he just played cars!
Will has been such a funny kid with his sunglasses and pretty much refuses to take them off this trip. I do have to say its pretty darn adorable! One of Mike's partners told us about a spot in California Adventure that we have somehow overlooked the past two times and we were so glad were told about it! It was a wilderness themed jungle gym, slides, and adventures. Will thought it was so cool! He thought it was so cool to have his own map and get to tell us where to go!
notice the map :)
I got a pretty good workout carrying Emmie around on all the obstacles!
I sure do love my kids!
In one part they have a tire swing that went pretty fast (kinda like a zip line) and at the end it bounces off another tire an sort of pops the swing back so naturally Will really wanted to do it! I was super hesitant but we decided to let him give it a shot:
Will did so good and held on so tight! He loved it and immediately wanted to do it. I love that he is pretty fearless and is willing to try almost anything. It makes things way fun!
For some reason I am really getting hit with how grown up he is lately :(
He loved to explore all the ropes courses!
I would definitely buy that toy with my 2 silly boys inside it!
The wait for Toy Story is always so bad but Will did really good waiting in the long line. With one small but hilarious moment to laugh back on! We had been standing behind a family with older kids the whole time and one of the teenage girls had on some super blinged out jeans.......you can tell where this is heading! After 45 minutes of staring at them he finally couldn't resist the temptation and reached out and poked her butt before I could stop him! Oh man it was hilarious and luckily the girl (and her family) were easy going and we all had a good laugh :)
We also made sure to catch the Phineas and Ferb Dance Party and it was so much fun to watch!
We had reservations at the yummy little cafe in New Orleans Square so we headed back to Disneyland for dinner. Will crashed in the stroller so we were excited thinking he would get a good little nap in before World of Color. Once we got seated Emmie started to get restless and hung. Since we were sitting on the outside edge of the cafe were pretty much EVERYONE walks in New Orleans Square and we were siting directly under a lamp post I couldn't really nurse since the park was packed again. So I decided to try and find a spot to nurse. As I was getting up Will started to wake up but I didn't think much of it. Emmie was getting really impatient as I tried to find somewhere semi out of the way and finally I got desperate and just picked a spot and sat down. By then Emmie was so mad and screaming while I tried to get situated and nurse. Lets just say we definitely weren't blending in! She was so frustrated I was trying to keep her covered to nurse and she was not having any of it. I finally realized this just wasn't going to work so I headed back to to have Mike help. When I got back to the table Will was crying really bad, so now we had two crying kids. Will had had a small night terror and had wet his pants in the stroller while I was off trying to nurse Emmie. Will was so upset he had wet his pants and was definitely a little scared. Luckily we had just bought him a swimsuit so Mike rushed off to change him while I had our server box our food (we hadn't even got it yet!) so we could just get out of there. Mike made it back and by then Will was calmed down but Emmie was even more upset. Emmie has a really loud shrill cry when she is super pissed and man she was letting us have it! As we trying to speed walk and make our way out of the park as fast and as inconspicuously as we could it was definitely one of those insane moments where you can't really believe whats happening. Half way back Emmie fell asleep in my arms and Will was still being really good and we finally made it to our hotel room, I nursed Emmie, we got both kids asleep and then took a big deep breath! Ha ha ha it was seriously so insane! Will and Emmie have been so good and it was like everything that could go wrong in the span of 5 minutes did. It was epic! I do have to say Mike and I worked really good together and we do make a pretty awesome teem amidst pure chaos. Tonight is definitely going to be remembered for a very VERY long time! Oh and it also could solidify that we are only have two kids ;)
